In recent sports news the Minnesota Vikings aquired ex England Patriot and 7 time Pro
Bowl wide reciever Randy Moss. For most Minnesota fans this is a great trade because Randy could be a very important addition to our team. But we all know that Randy has a bit of an attitude problem and some fans don't think he will help the Vikings succeed. I think that it is a risky trade for the Vikings. My first point is that Randy has left all of the teams he has played for on bad terms. He left the Vikings in 2005 and that year he had an incident with a police officer. He left the Raiders in 2007 and he just left the Patriots because of contract issues. Another point i have is that Randy could be defined as a distraction to the other players on his team. He walked of the field before the game concluded and he has had trouble with the law before. These things would characterize Randy as a distraction because of all the drama that he gets into, and it could tear the Vikings organization apart which would result in a unsuccessful 2010 season. My final point in why getting Randy on the Vikings is a risky move is that he has the reputation of not going 100%. An example of this is he had contract issues with the Patriots and his last game as a Patriot he was held without a catch and he just felt sorry for himself. This shows how when things are going his way he is unstoppable force but when things are down he plays like a 3rd string wide reciever. I feel trading for Moss would be a dangerous thing to do. I think that the organization will impacted negativley with the addition to Randy Moss being on the squad. If we didn't aquire him I think we would be more successful this year and future years because once Farve leaves Randy will be worthless and his attitude problem will kick in again I think this because he has left all his teams on bad terms, he is a distraction, and he doesn't try 100%.
